Aluminum alloy trusses can be recessed in many shapes, such as round, arc, heart, arch, etc. Generally, the special shapes are customized. Recently our company customized a set of specially shaped trusses. Such a stage truss looks so individual.

According to the size of the stage truss curtain wall, customize each part of the truss, and then install and combine.

Aluminum alloy truss

1. Material: Use national standard 6061-T6 and 6082-T6 high quality aluminum alloy profiles.

2. Screw interface truss construction and assembly commonly used accessories are: square sleeves, crossarms, slings, hoist (hand drawn or electric), diagonal support, reverse head, base (iron or aluminum alloy), single and double ring buckles, screws, etc.

3. Connection method: screw connection.

4. Modeling: straight frame, round frame, arc frame, special frame.

5. Shelf structure: square, tripod, single row.

6. Color: silver, black paint.

7. Tube type: round tube, square tube.

8. Scope of application: background frames for various exhibitions, hanging inkjets, hanging performance lights and sounds, and various aluminum truss tents (tents).
