Take the production process of a circular tube fixed truss as an example. The round pipe fixed truss needs to be used with the square head, so the truss and the square head are divided into two production processes.

1. Purchasing round pipes for truss trusses and iron plates for welding square heads;

2. Perform wire cutting on the lathe on the lathe and face cutting the iron plate;

3. Punching the cut iron plates, each of which has 8 circular holes with a diameter of 10 mm;

4. The method of welding the iron plate with carbon dioxide gas shielded welding is made into a square head;

5. Bending the wire on the bender to weld the support between the truss iron pipes;

6. Start welding the truss on the welded tire.

7. Grinding and polishing the welded truss waiting for the spray;

8. After polishing the truss, spray the paint powder on the truss to prepare for spray treatment;

9. Place the truss sprayed with the paint on the shelf and push the baking oven to perform high temperature baking;

10. After the fixed time and the fixed temperature are baked, the truss spray treatment is completed;

11. The truss has been formed, and the truss is tested after the furnace is out, whether there is a virtual welding condition;

12, the finished product is packaged in the warehouse.
